Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is using hypnosis as an effective tool in a therapeutic environment by directing the subconscious mind to create the reality you desire.

There are very few people who cannot be hypnotised, less than 5% of the population. Whilst a similar number of people can be hypnotised to a deep level in a very short space of time, some take a little while longer. Everyone else has the potential to use hypnosis to improve their lives in many ways if they wish.

While it might appear similar to sleep, hypnosis is not sleep or relaxation, but it does create a state of deep relaxation and heightened, focused awareness in which mental stress and physical tension are greatly reduced and the unconscious mind can accept suggestions for change. In hypnosis, the mind is more receptive to the process of change. The client and Hypnotherapist work together to achieve the goal of resolving the client's specific needs. Problems are resolved during hypnosis by receiving information from your subconscious mind, information that you may not recall on a conscious level. This information is preventing you from being in control of your life! Hypnosis enables you to reprogram negative reactions into positive actions. The process is comfortable, natural and your new positive actions will occur automatically!
