The Bizfit Programme is about getting your employees mentally fit for work. 
One very popular area with Sales Representatives is helping them overcome rejection, and build self-confidence. It is difficult to keep your confidence level high when most people are telling you, "no."
My approach is different from sales training in that I focus on each team member and personal issues that need to be changed before he/she will use the right verbiage or technique in qualifying and closing business. THE RESULT IS RENEWED ENTHUSIASM AND IMMEDIATE POSITIVE CHANGE.

Without be consciously aware of it, most people have some self sabotaging mechanism operating at some level with regards to some things. Whenever you see a "repeat performance" of things gone wrong, and you are the only common denominator, it's probably due to some self sabotaging mechanism, some unconscious belief.
